Terms of Use

Terms that apply when you download or use a DoviGames application made available through Google Play.

Effective date: August 4, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using our application through Google Play, you agree to these Terms of Use. Your use of Google Play is also governed by the terms you have with Google. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the application on compatible Android devices that you own or control. The application is licensed, not sold, and all rights not expressly granted remain with DoviGames and its licensors.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the application only for lawful, personal entertainment. You must not:

  • copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the application;
  • reverse engineer or alter it except where applicable law expressly permits;
  • interfere with the application, its servers or another user's experience; or
  • use cheats, automation or unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Purchases offered through the application are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google's payment and refund rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, virtual currency and virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the application and may be changed or discontinued with the service.

5. Data and privacy

The application may process device, technical, advertising and gameplay information to provide, secure, support and improve our services. Our Privacy Policy is available on the DoviGames homepage. Google and third-party service providers may separately process information under their own policies.

6. Third-party services

The application may include links, advertising, analytics or functionality supplied by third parties. We do not control those services and do not guarantee their availability, content or accuracy. Your use of them may be subject to additional terms.

7. Updates and termination

We may release updates or change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may restrict access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the application or create a security risk. When your license ends, you must stop using and remove the application.

8. Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. These terms do not limit consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DoviGames is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the application. Mandatory statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms to reflect changes to the application, law or business practices. Material changes will take effect after reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the application after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where DoviGames operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights available in your country of residence.
