1. Agreement and official terms
By installing or using our iOS application, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”). The Apple Standard EULA is the authoritative license for applications distributed through the App Store. If these terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store Usage Rules. The application is licensed, not sold.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the application only for lawful, personal entertainment. You must not copy, redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt or modify the application except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
4. Data and privacy
The application may process technical and gameplay information needed to operate, secure, support and improve our services. Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy available on the DoviGames homepage. Apple may separately process information under its own policies.
5. External services
The application may provide access to advertising, analytics, social, platform or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. You use third-party services at your own discretion and must comply with the laws that apply to you.
6. Updates and termination
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. After termination, you must stop using and remove the application.
7. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DoviGames is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the application. Any mandatory rights or remedies available under local law remain unaffected.
9. Export and legal compliance
You may not use, export or re-export the application in violation of applicable sanctions, export-control rules or other laws. You confirm that you are permitted to receive and use the application where you are located.
